Successful Case 0011：15001A KDON-1500Y/1500 Liquid Air Separation Plant Project

This project was KDON-1500Y/1500 liquid air separation plant supplied to Egypt in 2019 to produce 1500Nm³/hr liquid oxygen/liquid nitrogen. The pressure of liquid oxygen product is 0.05MPa G, the purity is 99.6% O₂; the pressure of liquid nitrogen product is 0.45MPa G, and the purity is 3ppm O₂. It adopted double forward flow expanders process, 1.0MPa G level main air compressor and booster air compressor are adopted. This project was installed and put into operation in 2020, which effectively supplemented the medical oxygen supply in Egypt under the severe situation of COVID-19 epidemic.
